The Brazilian national side will make their way to Wembley for a mouthwatering international friendly match against England on Friday night.
This match sees the two sides who have probably had the most pressure to perform over the last couple of decades, giving the two relatively young squads a chance to show that they can live up to expectations and prepare properly for their respective upcoming continental tournaments.
The English side has underwhelmed at just about every international tournament since their 1966 World Cup triumph but have recently looked to be performing at their highest level since, under Gareth Southgate.
Despite many fans being unhappy over his selections and tactics, Southgate managed to finish 2nd in Euro 2020 and 3rd place in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. With a constant influx of youngsters who are being developed at some of the biggest clubs in the world and an added advantage of having the biggest league in world football, there has been plenty of pressure on the Three Lions to win the forthcoming Euros, and a win over Brazil would be a huge step in the right direction and a confidence boost.

The Brazilian side, on the other hand, suffer huge amounts of pressure because of the achievements that their side was accustomed to accumulating at almost every major international tournament they play in, but they have struggled to live up to expectations over the last 20 years, more so in the last 10 years since their largely disappointing performance at the World Cup which they hosted in 2014.
he Selecao have brought in a lot of new faces recently, and a new coach, who will be hoping for his first big international win, albeit in a friendly match, away to England. This sets up an exciting encounter in the English capital.
My prediction for this one is an England win @ 189. Click here to take this bet now! The odds are with the European giants on this one despite the Brits winning a lot fewer games in their head-to-head stats against Brazil, and I agree as this is an almost entirely new Brazilian side who will probably take some time to gel and develop key partnerships and combinations.
